Life Coaching

Are you feeling stuck, confused, and not living from a place of joy? Coaching can help you understand how thinking is creating your results. We specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, and self confidence. Coaching sessions are an important time, reserved just for you, to clean up your mind and get help with moving forward towards your goals and desires.

Healing Energy ~ Intuitive Counseling

Energy healing is a way to settle the limbic system and prefrontal cortex. It helps you relax and feel safe so you can release blocks in your body. It is a fabulous tool in dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and everyday life. Talking about your concerns and discomfort in your body and tying in energy work can be really shift shaping.

Group Circles

One of our goals is to create an engaging, fun, and growing atmosphere for people who want to connect with others and share ideas, get support and learn new techniques to help you be a better you.

Things to Think

Think in ways you've never thought before.
If the phone rings, think of it as carrying a message
Larger than anything you've ever heard,
Vaster than a hundred lines of Yeats.

Think that someone may bring a bear to your door,
Maybe wounded and deranged; or think that a moose
Has risen out of the lake, and he's carrying on his antlers
A child of your own whom you've never seen.

When someone knocks on the door,
Think that he's about
To give you something large: tell you you're forgiven,
Or that it's not necessary to work all the time,
Or that it's been decided that if you lie down no one will die.

~Robert Bly
